The movements of the body are controlled by which system?

The central nervous system (CNS) is responsible for controlling and coordinating all movements of the body. It includes the brain and spinal cord, which serve as the main processing centers for information received from the sensory systems. The CNS processes this information and sends signals through the peripheral nervous system to initiate movement in the muscles. Essentially, it is the CNS that interprets stimuli and formulates responses, leading to motor function.
